/ Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided through Facebook message or email. You can track shipping status through ChungHwa Post’s Tracking Service.

[ Returns & Exchanges ]

Return Policy

/ Returns and exchanges are free and accepted up to 30 days upon receiving your order with original receipt or shipment summary. Your return will be processed within 10-14 business days.

/ International returns have a difference return process and do not qualify for free returns or exchanges. Please contact our customer service for further estimate.

/ If you receive an incorrect defective or damaged item, please contact our customer support through Facebook or by email. We will contact you as soon as we can and get your order sorted.

/ All returning and exchanging items need to be in original packaging. Any damaged parts will incur further associated fees in refunds. If an item is in an unsuitable condition, we may not accept the refund or exchange request, and we will have to the item back to you.

/ Jiayun reserves the right to refuse any returns or exchanges on all items.

Warranty & Repairs

/ The period of warranty shall start from the date of delivery of the product to the customer and shall cover a period of 3 years.

/ Product are under Jiayun’s warranty coverage against any defect that may occur during production, assembly and/or defective parts.

/ Within the warranty period, if the product fails both because of general material and workmanship,or mounting faults, it will be repaired free of charge under any title such as workmanship charge, replaced parts charge, or any charge under any other name.

/ We aim to make our customer satisfied with their products. If you experience any quality or performance issues, your product is damaged in transit, or you received the incorrect item, please contact our Customer Service at hello@jiayunbrella.com.
